1. Use of open gas atomization pulverizing device:
The open atomized powder making device is a relatively conventional atomized powder making device, and the oxygen content of the prepared powder is higher than that of the true air atomized powder, but it is a relatively low-cost atomized powder making device.
2. Principle of open gas atomization pulverizing device:
The working principle of open gas atomization pulverizing device refers to smelting metal or alloy under atmospheric conditions. After the furnace charge melts and reaches the atomization temperature, the operator pours the molten liquid metal into the heat preservation tundish under gas protection or atmospheric environment. The liquid metal will enter the atomization chamber through the draft tube at the bottom of the tundish. In this process, it is impacted by the high-pressure gas flow (generally inert gas such as nitrogen) passing through the nozzle, the metal liquid is atomized and broken into a large number of fine metal droplets, and the droplets form a spherical shape under the action of surface tension and solidify into particle-metal powder during the process of in-flight sedimentation.
3. Features of open gas atomization pulverizing device:
• Powders of most metals and their alloys can be prepared.
• Spherical powders can be prepared.
• Due to the rapid solidification without segregation, many special alloy powders can be prepared.

• The use cost is lower than that of vacuum gas atomization pulverizing equipment, and the production efficiency is higher than that of vacuum gas atomization pulverizing equipment.
