Ultra-high pressure water atomization pulverizing (granulation) device is an atomization pulverizing equipment developed and designed to meet the needs of water atomization pulverizing production under atmospheric conditions, which is not only suitable for industrial mass production, but also suitable for small batch production and product research and development.
2, ultra-high pressure water atomization powder (granulation) device principle:
The ultra-high pressure water atomization pulverizing (granulation) device works under normal pressure. The metal (alloy) charge is melted by induction heating furnace. After the charge is melted and reaches the atomization temperature, the operator pours the molten liquid metal into the heat preservation tundish. The liquid metal will enter the atomization chamber through the draft tube at the bottom of the tundish. In this process, the liquid metal will form a large number of fine metal droplets when strongly impacted by the water flow from the ultra-high pressure nozzle (spray plate), metal droplets will be spheroidized by surface tension during flight and sedimentation. At the same time, due to the rapid cold solidification (irregularity) of water cooling, the two processes are carried out at the same time. The final appearance is the result of the above joint action, forming subspherical or irregular particles-metal powder.
3, ultra-high pressure water atomization powder (granulation) device features:
• Powders of most metals and their alloys can be produced at low cost.
• Sub-spherical powders or irregular powders can be prepared, depending on the implementation process.
• Melting process of electromagnetic stirring and atomization in the rapid solidification, so that the final powder without segregation phenomenon, can produce special alloy or amorphous powder.
• Process and parameters can be adjusted, can produce different appearance, different particle size of powder, to meet the complex requirements of powder particle size and other indicators.
• The use of ultra-high pressure water atomization pulverizing equipment can prepare finer powders than the gas atomization method.
4. Composition of ultra-high pressure water atomization pulverizing (granulation) device:
Intermediate frequency melting furnace, thermal insulation tundish, atomization system, ultra-high pressure water system, powder collection, dehydration, drying system, screening system, batch packaging system, cooling water system, control system, steel structure platform, etc.

According to user requirements, the control system can be integrated into the console, all operations and related data are transmitted to the PLC of the system to achieve computing, display, processing, storage, control and other functions.
