1, water and gas combined atomization pulverizing device use:
The water-gas combined atomization pulverizing device is an atomization pulverizing experimental device developed and designed to meet the needs of water-gas combined atomization pulverizing production under atmospheric conditions, which is not only suitable for industrial mass production, but also suitable for small batch production and product research and development.
2. Principle of water-gas combined atomization pulverizing device:
The water-gas combined atomization pulverizing device works under atmospheric conditions. The metal (alloy) charge is melted by induction heating furnace. After the charge is melted and reaches the atomization temperature, the operator pours the molten liquid metal into the heat preservation tundish. The liquid metal will enter the atomization chamber through the draft tube at the bottom of the tundish. In this weighing, it is subjected to the water flow from the ultra-high pressure nozzle (spray plate) and the low-pressure airflow (under the water atomization nozzle, with the jet effect, the atomization process is smoother). With the strong impact of the jet effect, the liquid metal will form a large number of fine metal droplets. The surface tension of the metal droplets will spherize during the flight and sedimentation process. At the same time, the two processes will be rapidly cooled and solidified (irregular) due to the water cooling effect. The final shape is the result of the above joint action, forming subspherical or irregular particles-metal powder. This device belongs to a gas protective atomization pulverizing equipment between water atomization and gas atomization.
3. Characteristics of water-gas combined atomization pulverizing device:
• Powders of most metals and their alloys can be prepared at low production costs.
• Due to the addition of the gas medium, the cooling speed of the droplets can be slowed down, which is conducive to the sphericity of the droplets, so that the spherical powder or spherical powder of high pine can be prepared.
• Fine powder can be obtained by adjusting the process (D50 can reach 5-10μm) to meet the requirements for the use of ultrafine powder.
4. Composition of water-gas combined atomizing pulverizing device:
Intermediate frequency melting furnace, thermal insulation tundish, atomization system, ultra-high pressure water system, inert gas protection system, powder collection, dehydration, drying system, screening system, batch and packaging system, cooling water system, control system, steel structure platform, etc.
5. Control of water-gas combined atomization pulverizing device:
According to user requirements, the control system can be integrated into the console, all operations and related data are transmitted to the PLC of the system to achieve computing, display, processing, storage, control and other functions.
